摘要
本文以沪深部分上市公司为研究样本,实证考察了企业高管团队兼职行为与企业绩效之间的相关性,研究发现高管团队兼职行为与企业业绩之间存在显著的相关关系,高管团队兼职的企业规模越大、盈利能力越强越有利于提高本企业的业绩;高管团队在非关联企业兼职的数量越多越有利于提高本企业的业绩;高管团队在关联企业兼职的数量与本企业的业绩关系不显著。
In this paper, we exam the link between top management team concurrent Posts and organizational outcome by the sample of 106 Chinese listed firms. The empirical results indicate that on average firms in which the TMT members hold larger and more profitable extra-firms posts have higher firm value , and that the number of linked extra-firms outside business group, not inside have positive and significant effect on firm performance.
