摘要
本论文报告了非英语专业大学一年级学生写作中的读者意识的研究。研究从语言方面对学生的作文进行剖析,展示了学生在读者意识的影响下对文章做出的各种修改,表明了读者意识能够帮助学生写出更好的作文,值得在大学英语写作教学中予以重视和考虑。
This thesis reports an empirical study on the audience awareness reflected in the writing by first-year non-English majors. In light of the findings, this thesis suggests that audience awareness plays a positive role in promoting students' writing and thus should deserve our wide consideration in the context of Chinese EFL teaching. Meanwhile, it presents us the different changes students make in their writing under the influence of audience awareness. Teachers are recommended to provide students with opportunities to write to different authentic readers so as to improve their writing ability.
