对骨科患者实行健康教育的临床效果分析

目的评价对骨科患者实施健康教育的临床有效性.方法80例骨科住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施健康教育,对照组采用传统的功能制护理方法进行护理,分别对实验组和对照组的健康教育前后患者心理反应、健康教育前后患者对功能锻炼计划的依从性、并发症及功能康复情况三方面进行统计学分析.结果两组病人在躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑等心理活动方面,健康教育前差异无显著性,P>0.05,施健康教育后,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;在对功能锻炼计划的依从性方面,健康教育后,患者在掌握骨科康复知识方面有明显进步,健康教育效果明显.术后功能锻炼的依从性,患者锻炼的主动性增强;并发症及功能康复情况方面,P<0.005,观察组在并发症的发生率及功能康复上与对照组具有极显著性差异,明显优于对照组.结论对骨科患者实施健康教育对于患者生理-心理-社会的健康有着良好的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of health education on orthopedics patients. Methods Eighty patients were divided into trial group （n = 48） and control group （n = 32）. Health education was introduced to trial group while traditional functional nursing were given to control group. Psychological reaction, compliance to physical functional exercise, complications and rehabilitation of the patients were analyzed before and after health education and the results were compared with those in control group. Results Before health ed- ucation, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） between the two groups in psychological activities, such as somatization, sensitivity to human relations, depression and anxiety, but after health education, the difference was significant in statistics （P 〈 0. 05 ） and patients in trail group showed better understanding of health problems. After health education, compared with control group, patients in trial group showed a stable mental state, active participation in functional exercises. Obvious improvement in functional rehabilitation and apparent reduction of the rate of complications were found in trial group （P 〈 0. 005）, which was significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion There are significant clinical effects of the implementation of health education on orthopedics patients to improve health model physical - mental - social health status.
