慢性粒细胞白血病演变过程中BCR-ABL作用的分子机制

摘要 慢性粒细胞白血病CML是造血干细胞的恶性克隆增生性疾病。目前认为BCR—ABL是CML发病的主要分子机制,就慢性粒细胞白血病演变过程中的BCR—ABL作用的分子机制研究新进展作一综述。 Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) is the malignant clone disease which occurs in a haematopoietic stem cell. At present, BCR - ABL is considered to be the main molecular mechanism of CMK This paper reviewed the new advances of the molecular mechanism of BCR - ABL in the progression of CML.
