加大对知识产权保护的力度,完善和健全知识产权执法机制,是实现我国自主创新战略目标的重要举措。目前,各地知识产权执法尚有一些不足之处。只有建立保护知识产权有效、完善的执法协作机制,才能使知识产权执法工作落到实处。

Strengthening the protection of the intellectual property right, improving and perfecting the law enforcement mechanism of the intellectual property right, are the important measures to realize the independently innovation strategy aim in our country. At present, there are many shortcomings of the intellectual property right law enforcement in various parts of our country. We should strengthen the criminal protection cooperation of the intellectual property right and establish an effective and perfect cooperation mechanism to carry out the work of law enforcement.
