摘要
国有商业银行应从银行产品的特征出发,借鉴次动者优势理论,努力创造并利用好次动者优势,从而在开发新产品、提高服务质量等方面发挥优势,增强银行的竞争力。
The state-owned commercial banks should start from the features of banking products, learn form the theory of follower's advantages, try to create and make good use of the follower's advantages so that they will be able to give full play to their strengths in new product development, improvement of service quality so as to sharpen their competitive edge.
