金工实习是工科院校重要的实践教学环节,提高教学效果应以分层教学为抓手、创意训练为裁体、素质教育为目标和金工文化为示范,不断深化教学改革和实践。同时,还需正确处理好传统与现代、理论与实践、动手与动脑、传承与创新的关系。

Metal processing practice is important practical teaching part in university of technology. To promote the teaching effect, we should carry out it step by step, based on the training with creative ideas, with the goal of quality education and of the examples of metal processing culture, gradually deepen the teaching reform and its practice, in the meanwhile, we should correctly deal with the relationship between tradition and modern times, theory and practice, manual and mental, inheritance and creation.
