Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of the Products Fabricated in Ti-Al-TiO_2 System

摘要 利用Ti-Al-TiO2混合体系以真空热压工艺合成了Al2O3颗粒增强的TiAl基复合材料,研究了复合材料的结构与力学性能。结果表明:随着自生Al2O3含量的增加,基体晶粒逐渐细化,Al2O3颗粒分布在基体晶界处,局部团聚。随着自生Al2O3含量的增加硬度是先增大后减小,而抗弯强度随着自生Al2O3含量的增加而减小。 Al2O3 particles reinforced TiAl matrix composites were fabricated by vacuum hotpress method in Ti - Al - TiO2 system. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the products were studied. The results show with increasing in - situ Al2O3content, the matrix grain is refining. Al2O3 particles distribute on the grain boundary and partial presents agglomerated particles. The hardness of the products increases after decreases with increasing in - situ Al2O3 content and the bending stength decreases with increasing in - situ Al2O3 content.
