摘要
除氧器是核电站二回路除氧给水系统的关键设备,对其控制性能进行实时评估和故障诊断对于及时发现并处理系统中存在的问题,保证核电站运行安全具有重大意义。提出以最小方差为性能评估基准,利用改进的FCOR算法分别计算扰动特性改变与被控对象特性改变两种情况下的性能指标,根据这两个指标的变化顺序进行故障诊断的方法。利用该方法对秦山三期核电站除氧器系统的运行数据进行分析,确定了除氧器自身的特性改变是引起凝结水流量异常的原因。
Deaeratoris the key equipment of nuclear power plant. Assessing its control performance and detecting fault by process data on line is very important to the safe of the whole plant. Minimum variance was used as a benchmark to do the performance assess- ment. Advanced FCOR algorithm was given to calculate the performance index under the assumption that either the system or the disturbance was changed. The reason of the fault was found by comparing the two performance indexes. Deaerator in Qinshan Ill nuclear power plant is considered.
