摘要
简要介绍了变电站电压无功控制现状,阐述了几种典型的电压无功控制策略,并指出各种控制策略存在的问题。该方法将全局优化与VQC分散控制的优点结合起来,从全网无功优化的角度出发对"五区图"的启动动作值进行整定,并对"五区图"的边界盲区的处理上提出了一些改进措施,给出了具体的实现步骤,使变电站VQC装置的控制动作有了明确的判据,动作选择更加合理,降低了网损。
The prestent situation for reactive power control of voltage in a substation is introduced. Several typical strategies of reactive power control of voltage are explained and point out problems of the control strategies. This paper studies how to build appropriate VQC limits according to the calculation of reactive optimization. It fixed the act value of "five-zone theory"from global optimization control system,and put forward the impwving measures about the boundary blind area of "five-zone theory" ,the control step is definitely presented.This control theory makes the control of the VQC devices have an explicit criteria and no more blindly,the selection of operation is much more reasonable, and reduce the active power loss.
