摘要 提出一个基于MIDP2.0手机实现远程视频实时监控系统的方案,介绍了系统的总体结构与设计思路,对关键技术进行了详细的阐述,并给出了系统实现。 This essay puts forward a design of the Long- Distance Audio-visual Live Monitoring System Based on the MIDP2.0 Mobile-Phone, and presents the whole structure and the minds of designing, then illustrates the key technology in detail and the realization of the system.
