摘要
提出了用高精度三相可编程PWM集成芯片SA4828与89C51单片机控制技术相结合的三相逆变电源的设计方案,阐述了SA4828的基本原理、特性及其应用SA4828设计静态逆变器的方法,介绍了三相大功率逆变器的控制单元电路、各种检测保护电路和软件控制的设计原理与设计过程,实验验证了从静止逆变器中产生了预期的PWM波形,实现了高质量的正弦波。
Three-phase inverter power supply design proposal was proposed using the 89C51 single-chip control technology unified with high accuracy three-phase programmable PWM integrated chip SA4828, elaborated the principle, advantages and the identity of SA4828, the design method of static state inverter was presented using SA4828, in the same time. introduced the three-phase high efficiency inverter's electric circuit of control unit, each kind of examination protection circuit and the software principle of design and the design process, the experiment has confirmed that the anticipated PWM profile from the static inversion, and implemented the high grade sine wave.
