摘要
为了解决传统直线驱动装置采用旋转电机通过中间转换装置转换为直线运动,而带来的损耗大等诸多问题,直线电动机应运而生。本文主要研究了一种新型脉冲变频控制型直线电动机电源。脉冲驱动电路通过单片机控制电路以IGBT桥式电路为核心,采用绝缘栅双极型晶体管,并可以通过键盘控制脉冲的脉宽和周期,以达到变频的目的,根据选用的IGBT,驱动电路设计时又考虑了过压、过流保护电路。
For decreasing a mass of wastage of traditional rotating motor which is used to be linear driving equipment by shift rotary movement to linear movement via middle switch component, hnear motor emerged as the times require. A new power of hnear motor with bidirectional pulse variable-frequency control was introduced in this paper. Bidirectional pulse driving circuit controlled by SCM driving IGBT bridge circuit which chip model No. FGA25N120 as core component to design the power supply, to achieve frequency control by controlling impulse width and cycle with build-in keyboard, in the meantime over-voltage protection and over-current protection are taken into account.
