摘要
本文主要介绍了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的中国东北区基本气象要素信息管理系统的设计开发,以及前期研究的数据整理和准备工作。系统主要利用VisualBasic和ESEI公司的MapObjects进行开发,实现对我国东北三省100多个气象台站所观测的气温、降水等原始数据、成果数据和工程数据进行研究和管理。
It is mainly about the design and development based on the basic meteorological element information research and management in the northeast China of Geographic Information System and the prophase data processing. The system mainly deals with the original data, such as temperature and the precipitation, the fruit data and the project data, which are observed through over 100 observatories attached to the three provinces in the northeast of China with VB and MapObjects of company ESE1.
