在把握企业间战略联盟关系的基础上,提出了韶钢原材料采购中实施战略联盟的措施.实施战略联盟后取得了500万t钢原材料的资源保证及采购成本下降的效果.
Based on a strategic ally relationship created among relevant enterprises, measures of purchasing materials according to the ally relationship were put forward and implemented at SIGS. As a result, a purchase of 5 million ton of steel was ensured, and the purchase cost was markedly cut down.
