基层军官人格特质、应对方式与应对效能的关系研究

On the Relationship between Military Officers' Personal Character,Answering Strategy and Operational Effectiveness at the Grassroots' Level

目的:探讨人格特质、应对方式与应对效能的关系,研究前两者是否可以有效预测后者。方法:采用问卷调查法,以320名基层军官为被试。结果:稳定性、有恒性和自律性与应对效能及各维度存在正相关;忧虑性和紧张性与应对效能及各维度存在负相关;乐群性、聪慧性及幻想性与应对效能及各维度并不存在显著相关。积极应对与应对效能及各维度存在正相关,消极应对与胜任力、自信程度及应对效能存在负相关。结论:人格特质和应对方式均可以有效预测应对效能。

Objective：This article gives an in -depth analysis on the relationship between military officers＇ personal character, answering strategy and operational effectiveness at the grassroots＇ level. Methods ： Through questionnaire survey on the 320 officers. Results ： The result shows that there is positive correlationship between stability, persistenee, self - discipline and operational effeetiveness within all dimensions, while the negative correlationship exists between anxiety, tensity and operational effectiveness within all dimensions, and there＇ s no obvious correlationship between group - orientation, intelligence, fantasy property and operational effectiveness within all dimensions. Active answering strategy is positively correlated with operational effectiveness within all dimensions, while inactive answering strategy is negatively correlated with the competence, degree of self - confidence and operational effectiveness. Conclusion ： The survey shows that either personal character or answering strategy can predict operational effectiveness effectively.
