摘要
钛合金变形抗力大,对锻造温度、变形量、冷却速度等工艺参数的变化敏感,这就决定了钛合金不宜采用常规锻造方法。等温锻造成形过程中温度基本不变,应变速率低,可消除钛合金在常温下成形性能差的问题。本文介绍了钛合金等温锻造技术的特点,国内外钛合金等温锻造的发展及其成形温度和变形程度等工艺。
Titanium alloy has giant resistance of deformation,and it is sensitive to the change to the paraments( temperature,forming rate and velocity) ,so it is usually processed by isothermal forging,which keeps temperature steady and low strain rate to improve the plasticity of titanium alloy. The character and development of isothermal forging process, its forming temperature and forming rate for titanium alloy is introduced in this paper.
