摘要 目的:研究蕨菜黄酮对注射四氧嘧啶大鼠肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及血清中SOD活性的影响。方法:用一定浓度四氧嘧啶分两次腹腔注射大鼠,然后将大鼠分成三组:四氧嘧啶组;低剂量组,每天灌胃100mg.kg蕨菜黄酮;高剂量组,每天灌胃300mg.kg的蕨菜黄酮。采用硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA法)测定大鼠肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的相对含量以及改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定大鼠肝组织和血清中SOD活性。结果:蕨菜黄酮能显著降低注射四氧嘧啶后大鼠肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05),但对肝组织中SOD活性影响不显著;高剂量组血清中SOD活性相对四氧嘧啶组显著降低(P<0.05),达到空白对照组水平。结论:饲喂蕨菜黄酮对改善机体代谢的合成,促进肝组织细胞的正常生长,具有显著清除体内氧自由基,增强机体抗氧化功能,提示有延缓衰老的保健作用。 Objective : To study the effect of Pteridium aquilinum flavonoids on MDA content, sod activity in rat liver tissues and SOD activity in serum after being injected with alloxan . Methods : To inject a certain density of alloxan to belly cavity of rat twice, then devide the rat into 4 growps:, all ox all group, feeding 0.5mg Glibenclamide Tablets per 1Kg weight of rat, Feeding 100mg of Pteridium aquilinum flavonoids 1Kg weight of rat as low dose group; Feeding 300mg of Pteridium aquilinum flavonoids 1Kg weight of rat as high dose group. The relative MDA content in rat liver tissues was detemined by adopting TBA and SOD activity in rat liver tissues and serum by improved pyrogalloricaci doxidize method. Results : MDA content in rat liver tissues after being injected with alloxan was changed by the flavonoids from Pteridium aquilinum remarkably( P 〈0.05) , but the effect on SOD activity in rat liver tissues was not significant. Comparing with the alloxan group, the SOD activity in serum of high dose group was declined remarkably ( P 〈 0.05 ) , reaching to the level of gaps in group. Conclusion: Feeding Pteridium aquilinum flavonoids can improve the synthetics of body' s metabolism and promote the normal growth of liver tissues. So it may have some functions of healthy care in cleaning the free radical in bodies and improving the body' s anti -oxiderut capacity, and prolonging aging was also indicated.
