三种花卉提取物的抗氧化能力的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 油脂易发生氧化酸败,各种抗氧化剂具有防止延缓其氧化的作用,而天然抗氧化剂具有合成抗氧化剂不可比拟的优越性。通过白玉兰,菊花,碧桃三种花卉的提取物对油脂抗氧化效果进行研究,并与人工合成的没食子酸丙酯(PG)作比较。实验结果表明,白玉兰的提取物抗氧化效果较好,为开发此类资源提供了理论依据。 Oil is oxidanted and ranciditied easily, and its oxidative rancidity can be delaied by various kinds of anti -oxidants, but the natural anti-oxidants are far superior to the formated antioxidants. In this paper,the antioxidant activity of extracts from the flowers of three kinds—— Magnolia denudata desr, Amygdalus persica var, Dendranthema morifdium were studied and compared with PG of artificial synthesis. The result shows that the anti - oxidant activity of extract from the flower of the Magnolia denudata desr was better, offering a theoretical foundation for developing the plant.
