野战通信兵心理健康与相关因素研究

STUDY ON THE MENTAL HEALTH STATUS OF FIELD SIGNALMAN AND ITS INFLUENTIAL FACTORS

[目的]研究野战通信兵的心理健康状况,分析影响因素,探索有针对性的军队心理健康教育方式。[方法]运用军人心理健康症状问卷(SCL-90)对某部660名通信兵进行调查,通过SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。[结果]调查的通信兵SCL-90量表总均分为1.37(s=0.40),低于军人常模的1.63,9类因子得分均低于军人常模;军龄是躯体化和忧郁得分的抑制因素;文化程度是总均分以及躯体化、忧郁、敌对得分的抑制因素;独生子女组在躯体化和忧郁的得分高于非独生子女组;"城市兵"总均分高于"农村兵"。[结论]野战通信兵心理健康水平普遍优于全军平均水平;SCL-90量表军人常模有待更新;对军人进行健康教育,应采用针对性强的分层分类方式;加强新兵的心理卫生健康教育,是提高军队整体心理健康水平的重要途径。

[Objective]To study the mental health status of field signalman and its influential factors,to explore the corresponding educational mode for military mental health.[Methods]A total of 660 field signalmen in some unit of PLA were investigated by SCL-90 scale,and the obtained data were analyzed by SPSS.[Results]The average score of SCL-90 scale for field signalmen was 1.37,which was higher than the norm of Chinese serviceman of 1.63;and the scores of nine kinds of factors were all higher than the norm of Chinese serviceman.The years of military service and the educational level were the inhibitive factors for the scores of somatization and depression dimension,and the educational level was the inhibitive factor for the total average score and the score of hostility dimension either.The scores of somatization and depression dimension for the signalman who came from only one child family was higher than the signalman who had siblings.The total average score of ＂city origin army＂was higher than that of ＂country origin army＂.[Conclusions]The mental health level of field signalmen is higher than the average level of PLA.The score standard of SCL-90 scale for the soldiers needs renovation as soon as possible.The important way of improving the overall mental health level is to enhance mental health education among the soldiers based on the principle of different mental health education mode for different kind of soldiers.
