摘要
研究了水解—絮凝—离心分离—结晶—干燥工艺过程中各影响因素对硫酸亚铁产品纯度的影响,精制的硫酸亚铁纯度可达到99%以上。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:水解初始pH值、温度、时间、溶液浓度分别为2.8、80℃、6.5 h、0.7 kg/L;絮凝剂PAM投加量为1.5 mg/L,絮凝快慢速搅拌速率和时间分别为450 r/min、30 s,60 r/min、10 min;结晶搅拌速率为45 r/min;干燥过程为30℃干燥6 h。
The effects of some influencing factors in the process of hydrolysis,flocculation,centrifuge,crystal,drying on purity of the product are researched,the purity of refining ferrous sulfate can reach over 99%.Experimental results show that the best reaction conditions are as follows:hydrolysis pH value 2.8,temperature 80 ℃,time 6.5 h,concentration 0.7 kg/L.PAM flocculant dosage is 1.5 mg/L,flocculation rapid/slow stirring rate and time is 450 r/min,30 s,60 r/min,10 min respectively,crystallization mixing speed is 45 r/min and drying process is 30 ℃(6 h).
