Nietzsche's Revaluation of Science——The Respondence to Daihui's Writing "Nietzsche's Comments on Modern Science"

尼采对科学的评价围绕着他所发现的"科学难题"这个中心展开,他认为科学乃是苏格拉底的理性乐观主义的表现形式,科学的真理意志与柏拉图-基督教形而上学共享一个基础,即虚无的意志,否定生命的意志。但是,对科学的评价也是尼采的价值重估的一部分,他的"积极的虚无主义"要求科学具有新的价值和意义,即从艺术和生命的视角对科学重新评价。

Nietzsche＇s comments on science encloses the center of ＂The Problem of Science＂. For him, science is the form of Socratic optimism of reason,in which the will to truth shares the same foundation with Platonic-Christian metaphysics,i, e. the will to nothing, the will to deny life. However, Nietzsche＇s comments on science are part of his revaluation, whose ＂active nihilism＂ endows science with new vaIue and meaning, that is, his revaluation of science from the perspective of art and life.
