哈工大“试验卫星一号”工程项目中的“无缝之网”

The Seamless Web in the "Test Satellite Ⅰ" Project of HIT

本文借助"行动者网络理论",对哈尔滨工业大学"试验卫星一号"工程项目进行剖析和解读。通过对"试验卫星一号"工程项目进行的研究表明,技术的、经济的、社会的、政治的、文化的因素一开始就相互联系,形成一个有机的整体——行动者组成的网络。技术无论是构思设计,还是生产加工,乃至应用扩散,都是人类的事务;技术应被理解为一个社会过程,社会因素全面渗入技术中,从而打破了技术与社会的边界,形成了技术与社会的"无缝之网"。

This paper is trying to analyze and explain Test Satellite Ⅰ of HIT based on the theory of Actor-Network. In fact, more and more researches have indicated that they are inter-osculated and they have formed an organic one-Actor-Network. Actor-Network is a seamless web weaved by society, technology, and economy analysis. Design or manufacturing, even diffusion are all people＇s affair. Technology should be considered as social course. Social factors should roundly be added to technology so that boundary of technology and society is broken and seamless web of technology and society is formed.
