摘要 大力推动企业的自主创新活动对人才的创新能力提出了更高的要求。本文从探讨技术创新者的工作过程特征入手,提出了创新人才的知识与能力构成模型,并依据对创新人才能力培养方式的分析,提出了基于问题解决的创新人才能力发展途径。 Promotlng the corporation's capability of independent innovation entail the cultivation of innovative talent. In this paper, Based on discussion of innovative work process, we go into the innovative talent' s competence model, then analyzed the cultivation of innovative talent and give further thinking on mechanism of cultivation such talents based on Problem Solving.
