当前中国"无直接利益冲突现象"频频发生,并对社会产生了不小的震荡。要消除这一新型冲突现象,就必须认识到"无直接利益冲突"不同于一般的利益冲突,有其自身的特征。而且应该清楚,它虽然也有一定的"正功能",但显现更多的却是其"负功能",只有全面地把握其特征与功能,追溯其产生根源与形成机制,才能寻找到医治这一社会病症的良方。
