摘要
介绍了一种新的高炉风口保护方法,即用原位燃烧合成方法在风口内外表面及其前端面制备陶瓷涂层,该涂层不仅可以延长风口寿命,而且可以减少风口冷却水带走的热量,减少入炉热风温降9.7℃。
A new technology of tuyere protection is introduced in this paper. It puts forward that the ceramic coat synthesized by the situ-combustion process as the internal, external and nose protecting coat of BF tuycres. It can protect the tuyercs effectively and reduce heat loss by the cooling water, reduce blast temperature drop 9.7℃.
