摘要
介绍了国产高压变频器在昆钢25 t转炉上首次应用的情况,对应用效果进行了分析。同时简要阐述了变频器的调速节能和工作原理。分析表明,国产高压变频器具有节电多,故障率低,稳定可靠等优点,完全适应转炉炼钢生产节奏,可以在转炉除尘系统中推广应用。
The paper introduces the first applied condition of high-pressured transducer made in China for 25 tons converter of Kunming Iron ＆ Steel Company, analyses applied impression. At one time, curtailed describe the principle of transducer. The analysis declare that save electricity, lower fault and better stability are provided by Chinese high-pressured transducer. It completely adapt steel-making produce cadence, can extended application in converter dedusting system.
