含孔平面编织混杂铺层层合板压缩破坏仿真 被引量:10

SIMULATION OF COMPRESSIVE FAILURE OF HYBRID PLAIN WOVEN FABRIC LAMINATE WITH A HOLE

摘要 对ANSYS软件平台进行了二次开发,建立了平面编织混杂铺层层合板损伤累积有限元模型,对含孔平面编织混杂铺层层合板的压缩破坏行为进行了仿真计算.研究结果表明,所建模型能够较好地仿真含孔平面编织层合板的损伤破坏过程,并能准确预测层合板的损伤类型、损伤扩展以及破坏强度;同时提出并验证了适合该类型层合板的损伤判据和衰减准则.该模型所给结果形象直观,适合工程应用. A damage accumulation finite element model of hybrid plain woven composite laminates is established within ANSYS software by using ANSYS parameter design language. The simulation of compressive behavior of hybrid plain woven composites laminates with a hole is carried out. It is found from the results that this model can simulate the whole damage and failure course of hybrid plain woven composites laminates with a hole and to predict laminate damage styles, damage development and compressive strength accurately. Meanwhile, damage criteria and stiffness attenuation rules for this type of laminates are put forward and validated. The model gives visual results and is fit for engineering applications.
