Rule-breaking Behavior in Market Economy:A Game Theory Analysis

由于我国仍处于社会主义初级阶段从传统计划经济向市场经济转变的过渡时期[1],市场经济的道德秩序、规章制度秩序、法律规范秩序等方面的建设与发达资本主义市场经济体系相比,还相当不完善,因此在现实经济活动中仍存在不少的违规行为。通过对我国目前市场经济中各行为主体的行为选择进行分析可提出一个简化的博弈模型,从而以此为基础提出规范市场经济行为的思路和措施。

China is still in the transitional period from traditional planned economy to market economy in its primary stage of socialism, and its market economy is not as perfect as those in advanced economies in terms of moral order, rules and regulations, and legal norms. Therefore, there is much rule-breaking behavior in economic activities. By analyzing the behavioral choice of various entities in market economy, this paper proposes a simplified game theory model and guidelines and measures for regulating market economy behavior.
