摘要
目的:分析幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染后血小板参数的变化,为更好地防治HP感染相关性疾病提供参考依据。方法:采用免疫印迹法检测血清HP抗体,采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板比积(PCT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)以及大血小板比率(P-LCR)。结果:HP阳性组与HP阴性组比较,PLT、PCT、P-LCR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而HP阳性组的MPV、PDW较阴性组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HP感染可能影响骨髓增生功能,导致血小板MPV及PDW降低。
Objective： To analyze the changes of platelet parameter after infection of helicohaeter pylori （HP） and to provide the theoretical basis for the therapy of diseases related to HP infection. Methods： HP specific antibody was detected and the patients were assigned to two groups： HP infection group and no HP group. The platelet parameter such as platelets count （PLT）, mean platelet volume （MPV）, platelet hematocrit （PCT）, platelet distribution width（PDW） and platelet larger cell ratio （P- LCR） were checked by the autocytometer. Results： Compared with no HP group, MPV and PDW were significantly decreased in HP infection group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of PLT, PCT and P- LCR in HP infection group and no HP group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：HP infection could infect the function of marrow so that the platelet parameter including MPV and PDW would be decreased.
