根据氨纶包芯竹节纱的纺制原理,对细纱机进行改造,加装氨纶丝装置和竹节装置,同时采用合理的工艺参数,加强操作管理,生产出了成纱质量达到要求的棉氨纶包芯竹节纱产品。

Based on its spinning principle of spandex core-spun slubby yarn, the spinning frame is modified by a spandex device and a slub forming mechanism added and reasonable processing parameters adopted and operation management strengthened. The formed yarn quality reached the quality requirement of cotton spandex core-spun slubby yarn product.
