On college's academic management

本文探讨了我国高校学术管理工作。文章首先指出了目前一些高校在学术管理上存在的弊端,并指出了学术管理的重要性。本文指出,我国高校学术研究滞后的根本原因是学术管理观念陈旧。文章重点阐述了如何根除陈旧的学术管理理念和管理方法。本文说明了确立科学的、创新的学术管理理念和管理方法是改变目前高校现状的关键所在。

This thesis probes into the academic management work in Chinese colleges.First, it points out some existing short-comings in the colleges＇ academic management, and the its importance. It also points that the old-fashioned concept is the fundamental reason for the lagged development of the colleges＇ academic managment. The article points elaborated how to exterminate the old-fasinonad academic management concept and method. And explains that the establishment of scienctific and creative academic management concept and the key point in changing the current condition.
