This paper analyzes the the main character of Mrs. Grimes in Anderson＇s Death in the Woods, and explores the causes of the tragedies in Mrs. Grimes＇ life. At last, the author puts forward the view that if women want to get their own rights and happiness, they must dare to resist with action, strive for love and become their own masters of life, instead of neglecting themselves.
