摘要
目前压力机多数采用交流异步电机驱动,由于压力机的工作特性,压力机往往处于“大马拉小车”工作状态,耗能很大,也难达到数字化控制的目的。文章介绍了开关磁阻驱动系统具有效率高、数控调速范围宽、高启动转矩、可频繁起停及正反转切换及四象限运转、过载能力强等特点。系统在各类压力机上的应用,必将取得显著技术经济效果。
The features of the switched reluctance drive system have been introduced,such as,high efficiency, wide CNC adjusting range,high starting torque, frequent start and stop, shift of the forward and backward rotation and four-quadrant running,high overloading capacity,and the application on various press has been proposed,which improves the economy remarkably.
