后保险杠护套的工艺方案优化及模具设计

摘要 后保险杠护套是典型的板料冲压成形件,结合该零件工艺难点及特征,采用经验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法,建立有限元模型,同时逐步分析落料、成形及切边各工序,确定合理的冲压工艺方案。在落料工序中,优化了坯料的形状;在成形工序中,对主要的影响因素模具间隙进行了优化;并介绍了模具设计方法及机构特点。 The sheath of the back bumper is a typical sheet metal part,in view of its process difficulty and characteristics,and combining experience design with numerical simulation,the finite element model has been built with analysis on its working procedures one by one, which include blank-piercing,forming and trimming.Thereby,the reasonable process has been determined and the blank shape has been optimized in the blanking-piercing process with the mould clearance-the most important process parameter optimized in the forming process.Besides,the design method and structure feature of the mould have been introduced.
