分析了导板零件冲压成形的工艺特点,设计了一副包含落料、冲孔、弯曲的复合模,该模具结构紧凑,装、拆、修磨方便,模具使用性能良好,经济效益显著。
The technological characteristics of punch figuration of the cover plate part have been analyzed.A compound die for blanking,piercing and bending has been designed with compact structure which is convenient for assembling, disassembling and repalring.The performance of the die is very good and the economic benefit is remarkable.
