摘要
曲轴终锻模凸缘部位的磨损失效是导致终锻模最终失效的主要原因。本文运用有限元分析软件Deform3D对曲轴终锻过程的磨损状态进行模拟仿真,并采用最小二乘法拟合得到了预锻连皮(recess)厚度与终锻模最大磨损深度的关系曲线,为提高终锻模具寿命提供了理论参考。
Flange wear is the main reason of leading the useless of finish forging die of crankshaft.The wear of crankshaft in finish forming process has been simulated by using FEM software Deform3D in the text,and relationship between maximal tool wear depth and recess thickness have been displayed in the form of graph through least square method, which provides a reference for improving the life of the finish forging die.
