摘要
为了提高普通冲床的工作效率,文章分析了对其改造后的单模位数控冲床的CAM自动编程功能的实现,即自动编程软件的设计。给出了软件的设计思想,软件的设计流程,软件的主要功能。并通过实例对软件的操作进行了描述。
In order to promote the work efficiency of manual punching machine,a numeric controlled rebuilding method for the manual punching machine has been described in details.It includes the program design idea, the program design flow and the main functions of the punching CAM software.The manufacturing cost and time can be saved by adopting the punching CAM software with an applying example presented.
