摘要
本文通过对青海某村的调查,研究土族女性在非农业就业过程中角色的转变,以及这种角色转变对女性本人和当地生产生活的影响。
The article is based on the investigation of some village in Qinghai, Studied the Tu nationality women＇s character transformation in process of the non- agricultural employment, and the transformation＇s influence to women and local society.
