摘要
水性脂肪族聚酯因其环境友好特性而在涂料和纺织助剂工业中具有广泛的应用前景.通过胺中和对以己二酸、己二醇等为原料合成的脂肪族聚酯基体进行亲水改性,然后与三聚氰胺热交联制成涂膜;研究了胺种类、胺用量、交联剂用量、固化温度及固化时间对水性聚酯涂膜性能的影响.结果表明:用N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为中和剂,胺/聚酯基体的量比为1.2/1,交联剂/水溶性聚酯的量比为1.2/1,150℃固化20 min时得到的涂膜性能最佳.
The waterborne aliphatic polyesters have wide application future in the coating and textile auxiliary industries thanks to their eco-friend characteristics. The hydrophilic modification was carried out, by amine neutralization, on the aliphatic polyester matrixes synthesized from adipic acid and 1,6-hexanediol, and the product was turned into coating membranes by melamine crosslinking. The effect of the amine kind and dosage, crosslinking agent dosage, curing temperature and time on the waterborne polyester coating membrane properties was investigated. It was shown that the membranes had optimal performances with N,N-dimethylethanolamine as the neutralizing agent at amine:polyester matrix 1.2/1, crosslinking agent:waterborne polyester 1.2/1 (both mol. ratio) and when cured 20 min at 150 ℃.
