聚羧酸类化合物对活性染料的防染性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用4只聚羧酸类化合物和非聚合型的2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸对棉织物进行整理,探讨了其结构和整理条件与活性染料防染效率的关系,并对防染机理进行了分析.研究表明,水解聚马来酸(HPMA)和马来酸-丙烯酸共聚物(MA-AA)的防染效率最高,且对阴离子基团多的活性染料具有更好的防染效果.采用HPMA和MA-AA进行防染整理,可为获得具有图案效果的特种染色棉织物提供新途径. Cotton fabrics were finishied with 4 polycarboxylic acid compounds and 2-phosphinobutane- 1,2,4-tricarboxylica acid non-polymeric compound. The relationship between their structures and finishing conditions and dye resist effectiveness in reactive dye dyeing was investigated, and their resist mechanism was analyzed. It was found that the hydrolyzed poly(maleic acid) (HPMA) and maleic/acrylic acid copolymer (MA-AA) had the highest resist effectiveness, and showed better resist effect to reactive dyes containing more anionic groups. The dye resist finishing with HPMA and MA-AA might provide a new potential method to obtain patterned dyed cotton fabrics with reactive dyes.
