Thinking on the President Role Evaluation in Secondary Vocational and Technical Schools

在校本管理背景下,校长是学校工作的组织者,应有自主管理意识,还应强调民主参与;是教育教学改革的领导者,应以学校为基础、以学生为中心、以创新为目标;是校园环境的规划者,应重视人本管理、师本管理。

According to the school-based management,president is the organizer for schoolwork,so he should have management realization and emphasize democratic participation;he is planer for education reform,so he should regard school as the basis,students as the center and creation as the purpose;he is the explorer for campus environment,so he should pay more attention to person-based management and teacher-based management.
