摘要
目的:评价牙得安牌复方中草药牙粉对正畸患者牙周组织的影响。方法:将20名正畸患者,随机分成两组,实验组使用牙得安、对照组使用普通牙膏,检测其刷牙前和刷牙后1个月的临床牙周指数(PLI、BI、PD)。结果:①经秩和检验试验组临床牙周指数要明显优于对照组。②经配对t检验试验组的临床牙周指数要明显好于试验前。结论:复方中草药牙粉对控制正畸患者的牙龈炎症有良好效果。
Objective ：To investigate the clinical effective of treatment for gingivitis by YADRAN herbal tooth powder. Methods ：20 orthodontic subjects were selected and divided randomly into two groups as the experimental group and the control. They used YADRAN herbal tooth powder and colgate toothpaste to brush their teeth for one month. We observed and compared their clinical parameters （PLI, BI and PD）before and after experiment. Results ：（1）Controlling of the gingivitis was better after using YADRAN herbal tooth powder than Colgate tooth paste. （2）After using YADRAN herbal tooth powder the gingivitis was controlled well after experimemt. Conclusion ：The YADRAN herbal tooth powder is effective to control gingivitis during orthodontic treatment.
