摘要 研究了LD泵浦Nd:YVO4/Cr4+:YAG调Q锁模激光器的输出特性,得到了如下结论:腔长较短时只能实现调Q脉冲激光输出,其峰值功率随泵浦功率成近似线性增加;当腔长增加到足够大时可实现稳定的被动调Q锁模激光脉冲输出,与调Q激光脉冲比较峰值功率得到很大提高;脉冲LD泵浦时,锁模脉冲激光输出平均功率减小,锁模脉冲峰值功率远大于连续泵浦锁模脉冲的峰值功率,谐振腔稳定区变宽. The output characteristic of passive Q-switched and mode-locked Nd:YVO4/and Cr^4+:YAN solid-state lasers is studied by experiment,and the conclusion diode-pumped Nd: YVO4/and Cr^4+:YAG laser can only realize the Q-switched laser output when the cavity long is shortened, the peak power will increase strightly with the pump power and realize the Q-switched mode-locking laser output. When cavity length has been in-creased enough, and the peak power will increase more than that with the Q-switched laser output. The average power of mode-locking laser will decline by pulsed pumped, but the peak power will rise more than the peak power by continuous. The stable area of cavity will become widened.
