摘要
构造了圆柱腔圆极化TE111模式,采用自适应变步长四阶五级龙格-库塔法编写了跟踪单个电子运动轨迹的模拟程序,并计算了f=2.45 GHz时腔体的最优尺寸;分析了给定输入功率时,电子枪电压与电子束流及电子出腔时横向位移的关系;得到了外加磁场偏离谐振值±5%时,单个电子输出能量的离散性随电子枪加速电压变化的曲线;当电子与轴的距离小于5 mm时,输出电子横向动能的离散小于1.8%.
A circularly polarized TE111 mode of a cylindrical resonator a computer simulation program is developed in which Rung-Kutta method with 4-order accuracy is used and dimensions of the resonator are optimized. For a given input microwave power and deviation of static magnetic field from its resonance value is computed dispersion of output energy of a single electron. The relative transverse energy dispersion is less than 1.8 % if radius of electron beam is less than 5 mm.
