Determination of Diazinon Emulsion by Capillary Gas Chromatography

选用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物，二嗪农在2．0～16．0μg的范围内，质量与峰面积比呈现良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），最小检出量为0．5mg／L，加标样回收率平均值为99．3％．方法快速、准确、灵敏．

A method was introduced for the quantative determination of diazinon emulsion by capillary gas chromatograph and flama-ionogation deterctor using dimethy phthalate as internal standard. The results showed the quantity of diazinon and peak areas achieved a nice lines relation with lines range 2.0-16.0/μg. The detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/L. The recovery average was 99.3 %. The experiments showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
