摘要
用FTIR,UV对海带中提取的褐藻糖胶的结构进行了表征,讨论了pH对抗凝血活性的影响,并与肝素抗凝血活性进行了比较.实验结果表明,褐藻糖胶具有类似肝素的硫酸酯基多糖结构.与肝素相比,褐藻糖胶的抗凝血活性不及肝素,但褐藻糖胶的抗凝血活性增长平缓.
The structure of fucoidan extracted from brown seaweed is characterized by FTIR and UV spectra. The influence of pH on antithrombogenicity and the antithrombogenicity compared with heparin are discussed. The result shows that fucoidan has heparin-like polysaccharide stucture. Its antithrombogenicity is lower than that of heparin. Its antithrombogenicity takes longer quickly and fucoidan takes slower than those of heparin as the mass concentration increases.
