基于PC的现场总线技术在电弧炉中的应用

摘要 采用SIEMENS基于PC的控制器WinAC(视窗自动化中心)构建炼钢的自动化控制系统,阐述了组网、通信和软硬件的组态技术。用WinAC代替了传统的硬件PLC,使用工控机丰富的软硬件资源,不仅提高了运算的速度,节省了成本,而且增强了控制的实时性。系统的分布式结构可靠性好、抗干扰能力强、具有很好的应用前景。 This paper introduces an automatic control system which is designed by WinAC based on PC-controller, and illustrate the technology of the network foundation,communication and configuration of soft-hard ware.Substituting WinAC for hardware PLC,making mostly use of the abundant soft-hardware resource of computer,which not only improve the velocity of operative,save the cost,but enhance the real-time of control,as well as the ability of anti-jamming.So there is a potential application.
