摘要
注塑机料桶温度控制系统是一个多变量、大滞后、大耦合系统。分析了料桶特性并且介绍了一种采用模糊思想设计的简单易行、运算量小、可以在单片机上良好运行的温度控制算法,并给出了实际控制曲线。
This paper puts forward an idea of the temperature control of injection molding machine. According to the application of fuzzy thought,an algorithm which could be application easily in SCM is given. The real examination results are given in the end.
