温度和湿度对二化螟存活率与繁殖力影响的回归模型 被引量:6

摘要 在室内恒温、恒湿条件下系统观察了不同温湿度对二化螟存活率与繁殖力的影响。结果表明:温度和湿度对二化螟各虫态的存活率和成虫的繁殖力有显著的影响,生长发育最适宜的温度为28℃,相对湿度为85%-90%。二化螟各虫态存活率和成虫繁殖力与温度、湿度均呈二次抛物线关系。分别建立了二化螟各虫态的存活率和成虫的繁殖力的回归预测模型。 The effects of constant temperature and relative humidity on survival rate and fecundity in Chilo suppressalis were observed in laboratory. The results showed that both temperature and humidity had significant effects on the survival rate of each developmental stage and fecundity of female adult. The optimal temperature for the highest survival rate and fecundity was about 28 ~C, the optimal humidity was between 85% and 90%. The survival rate of each developmental stage and fecundity of female adult increased as temperature and relative humidity increased according to a parabola model. The regressive predictive models for survival rate and fecundity were built up.
